"I just wanted to say thank you for the flower arrangements you sent to my Mom this week for Valentines Day and her birthday. Besides the fact that they were delivered on time, in perfect condition and without any headache or need for follow-through on our part, they were also perfectly designed and prepared. I only had to offer the vaguest of guidance as to the spirit of what I was hoping you could create, and you took that and turned it into beautiful, dramatic and memorable arrangements that went well beyond the standard-issue assembly line product that comes out of many shops. And my mom was completely delighted.
